TRANSFORMATION: A tequila pairing experience with Sonder and Mijenta Tequila We’re back at it again!

If you loved our last tastings, we’ve got another one for you. We're closing down for one night to host a tequila tasting with Mi Jenta, Highland-grown and additive-free tequila.

Course One
Cold Smoked Tofu: grated ginger, chives, prik nam pla
Awaken: Mijenta Blanco, fino sherry, ginger, soy lecithin Foam, lemon peel

Course 2
Pate Campagnola: pickled carrot & daikon, lemon curd, culantro
Ferment: Mijenta blanco, fermented lemon, manzanilla sherry

Course 3
Braised Short Rib: gai lan, fermented black bean, XO sauce
Deepen: Mijenta reposado, fermented black bean, mole bitters

Course 4
Cream Puffs: Milk tea
Unify: Mijenta Reposado, oolong tea, vanilla, whole egg

Expect bold flavors paired with creative drinks and maybe a few surprise goodies. Don’t miss out!
