What’s the vibe like at Sonder?
Sonder shifts throughout the evening. Early nights are calm and conversational with low-volume music. When we host DJs or special events, the energy rises, especially after 10 PM, but it’s always about creating the right mood, not overwhelming volume.
What’s on the menu?
Our menu changes seasonally or whenever inspiration strikes. It focuses on small and shared plates cooked over binchotan charcoal, blending Southeast Asian flavors with inventive pairings. The bar offers original cocktails, refined classics, and a curated selection of non-alcoholic drinks. Many dishes can be made vegetarian or gluten-free. Let your server know of any dietary needs and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
What time does the kitchen close?
The kitchen typically serves until 10 PM on weekdays and 11 PM on weekends. Hours may vary for private events or special occasions.
Where are you located and where can I park?
You’ll find us at 301 N Spurgeon St, Santa Ana, in the heart of Downtown Santa Ana. Street parking and nearby public lots are available.
Can I book a large party or private event?
Yes. We host large parties, partial buyouts, and full private events. For groups of 15 or more, we ask for a preorder 48 hours in advance. For private or semi-private events, email hello@sonderdtsa.com and our team will help plan the best fit for your group.
Can I rent Sonder for a photoshoot or filming?
Yes. We offer photoshoot and film rentals during select daytime hours or when we are closed. Email us to check availability.
