At 7, representatives from Madre will lead a specialized flavor tour, uncovering the story and craftsmanship behind the spirits.
Madre traces its roots to Santiago Matatlán, Oaxaca, where the Mendez Blas family began producing mezcal in the 1930s, and continues today as a family-owned operation. Madre launched more broadly in 2016, but its traditions and production methods carry a much longer legacy in the hills of Oaxaca.
